Gas Insulated Switchgear Structure

HAD-FAB manufactures a wide range of Steel and Aluminium sub station structures.

These include:

  • Bolted structures
  • Fully welded structures
  • Lattice angle
  • Tubular post type structures.

All structures are galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461.
Our sub station structures are suitable for voltages from 33kv to 400kv.

We create designs to meet customer requirements and have experienced erection teams for erection of all structure types.

We provide a full design service which involves the production of structural calculations, detail drawings and general arrangement drawings.

Air Insulated Switchgear Structure

HAD-FAB are able to produce a broad range of aluminium sub station structures (suitable for voltages from 33kV to 400kV):

  • Fully welded structures for reduced installation costs
  • Low maintenance and long life
  • Manufactured from square hollow section, angles, channels, flats and plates
  • Line landing gantries also manufactured in aluminium
  • Designed to customer specifications, full production of detailed design calculations, fabrication and general arrangement drawings
  • Site erection also carried out by our experienced installation teams.
